Every company below was started from zero and is owned and operated by the family today. Each has its own brand, its own team, and its own front door. Same weight, same care — select any one for a closer look.
We start companies from zero — product, brand, team, and cash flow. No outside money, no shortcuts. We build the whole thing.
We hold for the long term. Permanent capital and a patient horizon — no fund clock, no forced exits, no one to answer to but the customer.
We run what we own. Operators, not allocators — close to the product, close to the team, close to the cash flow, every single day.
The same discipline runs through every company in the family — whether it was founded last quarter or nine years ago.
We’ve built the companies we own. That operating scar tissue is how we underwrite everything else — we know what good looks like because we’ve done it.
We back businesses that pay their own way. Profit and durability over hype and headlines — cash flow funds the next bet.
We build our own technology, our own brands, and our own distribution. Owning the rails is how margins — and optionality — compound.
A focused family of companies we understand deeply, not a spray of line items. We’d rather own a few things well.
Start from zero, get to cash flow, then reinvest the proceeds into the next company. Patience does the rest.
We move fast, keep our word, and treat partners the way we’d want to be treated. Reputation compounds longer than any deal.

Christopher McGinnis started working professionally at ten — as an actor and a musician — and launched his first company at nineteen. That company, a boots-on-the-ground real estate business, became the seed of everything that followed.
In 2019 he founded EDST and built it, without outside capital, into one of the most prolific growth engines in the creator economy. Its cash flow funded the next company, and the next: a media and IP estate, a digital-asset portfolio, and — in 2026 — the Quickie family of finance brands and Pod Squad.
He still operates every company in the family, every day — close to the product, the team, and the customer. The businesses are different. The discipline is the same.
